Pam
Pamela has been a “team member” since 2012. She started with Capital ATMs USA as a bookkeeper. She has a strong background in office management and worked her way up as our company’s administrator.
Pamela has other unique talents and has become one of our best “techs” out in the field. She wears many hats!
The original “Shek Tech!” You can reach her most any day of the week if you have an ATM issue you need help solving. And she’ll be happy to help you with it.
Steve
Steve is our resident “ATM Guru.” And we should mention that he’s been in ATMs since the last century. Our man Steve is not nearly as young as he looks! But he does know his stuff. Steve provides consulting for customers that need his expertise.

Wes
Wes serves as a Field Service Tech and Operations. He handles all troubleshooting and repair of a variety of ATMs. Wes’s goals are to provide the customer with the best experience possible when using our ATMs. He monitors the ATMs to spot any issues and provides service to ensure proper operation of equipment. He strives to obtain that goal on a daily basis.
Wes has an extensive background in Security Operations, Mechanical and IT troubleshooting. He served in the US Army as an armored crewman on the M1A1/2 Abrams main battle tank, a calvary scout, and served on personal security details in the military and as a private security contractor.
Chip
Chip is a graduate from our local college and serves as a field technician for Capital ATMs USA. Before devoting his work full time to CAU, he gained most of his tech experience from his position as a crew member during college. As a student worker he served as a theatrical technician providing audio, video, and lighting. He graduated college in 2020 with a Bachelor’s Degree in theatre with a concentration in tech. Moving forward, he continually strives to learn and improve his understanding of the evolving technical world.
